Cartas ao Mundo is an exhibition-manifest based on the work of Glauber Rocha and its central idea is the mirroring and the contrast between utopia and dystopia. Designed by Bia Lessa, the exhibition consists of 3 audiovisual chapters – Asphyxia, Merchandise and The Common. Inspired by the collages of Arnaldo Antunes and the utopia and dystopia discussed in the show, the visual communication project explores overlapping as its main concept, when using a simplistic and versatile typography that stands out when combined with collages.
